Phase 1 is about laying the groundwork while simultaneously activating revenue channels that can produce results quickly. The focus is on partnerships (adjusters, property managers, contractors) because these can generate jobs within weeks, not months like SEO.

By the end of Day 30, you should have automation running, initial partnerships forming, and content production systems in place. This foundation supports everything in Phases 2-4.
